Disclaimers/Policies

Cancellation Fee:  A $35 fee will be incurred for any changes, postponements, no-shows, or rescheduling of an appointment made on the same day of the appointment. Agents can make changes to their order anytime before the day of the appointment.

Re-Shoot Fee:  If  the Hometouramerica's photographer has to re-shoot a scene for any reason other than the image not being satisfactory, there is a $35 fee to go back to the house plus $19.99 for the new scene.

Extra Travel Fee: There will be an additional $35 charge for extensive travel to do a shoot. The list below represents all the cities where that charge applies:
